Tim Etzkorn is an experienced attorney. During his nearly two decades in the legal profession he has defended professional liability (legal and medical) claims, been on both sides of cases ranging from personal injury to complex business litigation. He has advised and represented Fortune 500 Companies, law firms, medical practices, hospital systems, nurses, cab drivers, and the unemployed. He has worked at an AmLaw 150 firm, has owned his own practice, and as a trial lawyer he recovered millions on behalf of his clients. He has taken cases to trial, arbitration and the Supreme Court of Missouri.
