Tim started his career as a litigator in 2008. For the next 7 years he represented national corporations, individual defendants, and small companies in lawsuits throughout Missouri including for one of the nations 150 largest law firms. In 2023, he founded a boutique firm focusing on individuals and small businesses.  As a plaintiff's attorney he has recovered millions on behalf of his clients.

 

During his career, he has argued in State Courts across Missouri as well as the Missouri Eastern District Court of Appeals, US District Court- Eastern District of Missouri, US District Court- Western District of Missouri, and has briefed cases before the Missouri Supreme Court.

 

In 2018 Tim was recognized by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys as a 10 Best High Verdict and Settlement Winners for Missouri. He has been named to the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as the Top 1% for 4 of the last 5 years. Tim is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group reserved for attorneys who have been primary counsel for the plaintiff in at least one case that was resolved for over a million dollars. He has been recognized by Thompson Reuters as a "Super Lawyer" every year since 2015.

 

In addition to his practice, Tim served as the Co-Chair of the Missouri Bar Association Torts and Transportation Committee from 2018-2022.  ​​ He is also the provisional prosecutor for the City of Maryland Heights.
